What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Carl Pique Lorenzo CP0125
The Carl Pique Lorenzo CP0125 is a 38 mm stainless steel watch built around an iced blue dial with a crystalline texture that catches light differently at every angle.
The dial surface has a faceted, irregular crystal pattern in iced blue, with applied baton hour markers and matching central hands finished in silver. The 316L steel case measures 38 mm across, carries polished edges on its planar surfaces alongside brushed sections, and connects directly into an integrated multi-link stainless steel bracelet with alternating brushed and polished links, secured by a butterfly clasp. A sub-dial sits at six o'clock with a concentric ring pattern and small numeral markings. The glass is sapphire.
