Price guarantee

We believe that everyone deserves a watch that looks like a million without costing one. That's why we constantly check prices at our competitors - both physical stores and webshops.

Should you find a lower price on one of our products in a physical and authorized retail store or an authorized webshop, we will of course match the price.

Our price guarantee also applies to ourselves. This means that if you have purchased a product from us and within 14 days you see it at a lower price with us, we will of course match the price. This applies to our entire range and all brands.

Guide to price matching by authorized dealers

1. Check the criteria: Read below to see which conditions must be met.
2. Send documentation: Contact us via live chat or email support@ditur.co.uk and attach documentation showing:
   • • Competitor's price and name
     • That the product is in stock
     • That the price is valid at the time of purchase
3. Get a price match: We'll send you a link with the matching price so you can complete your purchase at Ditur.

Guide to our own price guarantee (within 14 days)

1. Check the period: The price must have dropped within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Contact us: Contact us via live chat or email support@ditur.co.uk with your order number and SKU code or link to the product you have now found at a cheaper price.

Criteria for price guarantee:

Price guarantee applies when:

• The product is in stock and/or can be purchased from the competitor.
• The competitor is an authorized dealer who sells genuine and original goods.
• The competitor is a registered company/webshop with a CVR.
• The product is covered by regulations for warranty, consumer protection, customs and VAT.
• Your documentation clearly shows the price of the item, where it can be purchased, and the date the offer is valid.

Price guarantee does not apply:

• For special offers from competitors, e.g. queue offers, opening offers, limited quantity offers, end-of-season sales, hourly offers, daily offers, demo items, items with manufacturing defects, etc.
• If the offer requires some form of membership/subscription or at auctions.
• For items sold as demo, outlet or exhibition models.
• For services such as gift wrapping, engraving, shipping, etc.
• For products from competitors from the following brands: Apple, Samsung & Garmin.
