What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Edox Delfin 85303-357GNM-NGN
The Edox Delfin 85303-357GNM-NGN is a skeletonized automatic wristwatch that exposes the Sellita SW200 movement through an openwork dial, with the brand's hourglass emblem worked into the geometric frame as a design motif.
The 43 mm stainless steel case and integrated bracelet carry a brushed grey surface treatment throughout, broken by polished black finishes on the case bevels, the outer edge of the hexagonal bezel, and the central link segments of the multi-link bracelet. The black skeleton dial reveals dark-grey bridges, exposed brass-colored gears, and ruby jewels beneath grey sword-shaped hands with luminous-filled strips, while a sunburst-brushed grey ring at the dial periphery carries applied baton indices and a screw-down crown with a crown guard sits at three o'clock, secured behind a knurled grey and black dual-finish - the whole watch in stainless steel bracelet with a beads-of-rice link pattern, fastened by a butterfly clasp.

Edox and the Delfin Line
Edox was founded in 1884 by Christian Ruefli-Flury in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, taking the brand name from an ancient Greek word meaning "measuring of time" and adopting the hourglass as its company symbol. The brand has focused on water-resistant sports watchmaking since 1961, when the Delfin collection was introduced alongside the development of a patented double O-ring crown system. The Delfin Mecano is Edox's skeletonized interpretation within that line, showing the movement through the dial while carrying the collection's water-oriented engineering forward.
