What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Jaguar Executive Diver J863/F
Jaguar Executive Diver J863/4 is a quartz diver's watch built around a Ronda 6003D caliber and rated to 20 ATM, with a two-tone steel bracelet and a sunburst dial that shifts from black at the base to green toward the top.
The 44 mm 316L stainless steel case carries alternating brushed silver-tone and polished gold-tone links on the integrated bracelet, with a screw-down crown set between protective guards on the case flank. The black-and-green dial is fitted with applied gold-tone baton indices and a trapezoidal marker at 12 o'clock, all luminous-filled, alongside a date window at 3 o'clock and a unidirectional black-insert bezel with a luminous pearl. The crystal is sapphire glass.
