What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Kospet Pulse Icy Silver 27000014000
Kospet Pulse Icy Silver 27000014000 is a rectangular AMOLED smartwatch that takes and places phone calls from the wrist through its own speaker and microphone. Fits any 22 mm strap.
Those calls still run through the handset: the watch pairs over Bluetooth with Android 4.5 or later and iOS 8.0 or later, and it has no cellular connection of its own. Health and activity data syncs to the Kospet Fit app, and which app a unit uses can depend on region and firmware version.
Kospet Pulse Icy Silver 27000014000 gives you:

On the health side it reads heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress and temperature, and logs the day as steps and calories, with menstrual cycle tracking alongside. The rest is everyday phone work: notifications, weather forecasts, camera shutter control, an SOS function and more than 175 sports modes.
Blood oxygen measurement
Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) is estimated optically at the wrist, by the same sensor package that reads heart rate. The values are kept with the other health metrics rather than on their own.
Sleep tracking
The watch records how long you sleep and splits the night into stages. Heart rate, stress and blood oxygen readings from the same hours are grouped with it.
Sports modes
There are more than 175 preloaded profiles, among them running, walking, cycling, football, tennis and swimming. The IP68 rating covers dust, sweat, rain and splashes, and is not specified for high-pressure or deep-water activity.
Battery life
The 350 mAh cell runs around 12 to 17 days in typical daily use. Leave the always-on display enabled and that drops to roughly 2 to 5 days; left on standby it stretches to about 45 days. Charging is by magnetic cable or dock, full in about 2 to 2.5 hours.
Case and fit
The stainless steel case measures 47 mm in length and 12 mm in thickness and weighs 46 g, with one physical button and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 over the screen. The glass carries an anti-fingerprint coating and the panel peaks at 1000 nits. The 22 mm quick-release silicone strap fits wrist circumferences of roughly 150 to 230 mm.
Colours
Icy Silver is a silver case with a black dial and an orange silicone strap. Depending on market, the Pulse line also appears as Space Silver, Deep Space Gray, Black and Orange.
