We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

The 35 mm stainless steel case carries a silver sunburst dial with polished rectangular applied indices and baton hands, one of which features a crown graphic on the seconds hand tip. A date window sits at 3 o'clock beneath a magnifying cyclops lens. The integrated stainless steel bracelet alternates brushed outer links with polished center links, and a fold over clasp secures the fit.
