We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Zeppelin 100 Year Méditerranée 96705 is a pilot-style chronograph watch carrying a tachymeter scale printed directly on the beige dial surface alongside gold-toned Arabic numerals and blued steel hands.
The 42 mm stainless steel case is fully polished with slender arcing lugs, two rectangular chronograph pushers, and a domed mineral glass crystal. The beige dial is matte-finished with multi-layered printing, applied gold-toned Arabic hour markers with polished facets, and a date window at four o'clock; the stopwatch function drives a central seconds hand and two snailed sub-dials recessed into the dial surface. A padded brown calfskin leather strap with debossed Zeppelin lettering and matching stitching closes with a buckle, and a 22 mm universal strap fitting means it can be swapped freely.
