What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Duxot Accelero Chrono Skeleton Edition DX-2065-DD
The Duxot Accelero Chrono Skeleton Edition DX-2065-DD is a 40 mm chronograph watch with a meca-quartz movement and an open sub-dial layout set against a matte blue dial with vertical grain finishing.
The stainless steel case measures 40 mm across and 12 mm thick, with brushed top surfaces, polished sides, and integrated crown guards flanking the knurled crown and pushers. Three sunken sub-dials with silver-white circular graining sit within the blue dial alongside applied baton indices and matching baton hands with white lume fill, an orange-tipped central seconds hand, and a date window between 4 and 5 o'clock - all behind sapphire glass. The blue fixed bezel carries a white printed tachymeter scale, read by tracking the chronograph seconds hand against the scale to calculate average speed over a known distance. A three-link stainless steel bracelet in brushed finish completes the watch.
