The protective foil is an optional extra for those who want to take extra care of their watch and protect it from the scratches and scrapes that everyday life can easily cause. The foil is personally cut to fit your watch, which is why we can mount the foil on most watch models - including smartwatches from Apple, Huawei & Samsung.
The foil has a wide range of cool properties:

Increases scratch resistance.

Increases protection against small bumps and other scratches.

In the case of minor scratches, the film 'regenerates' so that in most cases it 'heals' again, so you can't see the scratch.
Deep scratches will 'destroy' the foil. Luckily, your watch has been saved from a permanent scratch and you can order a new foil from us.
The protective film is transparent and is made from a material that is almost impossible to see.
Conditions
The 99-day returns policy does not apply when purchasing this product. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies. When ordering online with a watch, the foil will be personally applied to your watch before shipment. We will remove the plastic that is normally attached to the glass and apply your PanzerGlassTM foil. In addition, 1 extra delivery day is expected on orders where PanzerGlassTM Foil is applied.
With personalised engraving you can put your unique touch on this product. It can be to encapsulate a memory, your name or a fun little message. In a few cases, there may be a 1-day delay for optional engraving.

What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Holzkern Song 9010631024543 is a full-ceramic watch built around a 36 mm brown ceramic case, dial, and integrated link bracelet - a rare commitment to a single material carried across every major component.
The brown dial has a textured, directional finish with iridescent grain-like lines across its surface, and rose-gold-tone Roman numeral indices mark XII, IX, and VI. The case measures 36 mm in diameter and 9 mm thick, with vertically brushed surfaces on the upper case and lugs; the ceramic link bracelet alternates between brushed outer links and polished center links, closed by a butterfly clasp. Glass is sapphire. Lume fills the alpha-style hour and minute hands.

What the Ceramic Construction Delivers

Ceramic is harder than steel and highly resistant to surface scratching, which means the brushed and polished finishes on the case and bracelet remain visually intact under daily wear.
