What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Lorus Classic RS995DX9
The Lorus Classic RS995DX9 is a quartz wristwatch driven by the Seiko VJ42 caliber, with a blue gradient dial that darkens toward the edges and applied faceted hour indices throughout.
The 40 mm stainless steel case is fully polished, with a curved bezel and a simple, clean profile at 10 mm thick. The blue dial carries pointed, polished silver-tone hands and a date window at 3 o'clock, and the watch sits on a genuine leather strap with an embossed alligator pattern and blue stitching, secured by a buckle.
