What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-AC0033Y
Orient Bambino RA-AC0033Y is an automatic dress watch built around a domed, cream-toned dial with blued hands and applied faceted hour markers.
The 41 mm stainless steel case carries a polished finish, and the dial shifts from a light beige-cream at centre to a white minute track at the edge - a subtle gradient that the applied silver-tone markers sit against cleanly. Sword-shaped blued hour and minute hands are paired with a matching thin blued seconds hand, and a date window sits at 3 o'clock with a polished surround. The brown genuine leather strap has an alligator grain texture with contrast stitching, fastening with a polished steel buckle. Mineral glass covers the dial, and an exhibition caseback gives a direct view of the Orient F6724 movement and its decorated rotor.

The Orient Bambino RA-AC0033Y runs the Orient F6724, a caliber produced in Japan by Orient's own manufacturing operation. The exhibition caseback makes the movement directly visible on the wrist without tools or disassembly.
