What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-BB0004Y
Orient Bambino RA-BB0004Y is a 38 mm automatic dress watch with an in-house Orient F6724 caliber and a sunburst brown dial that shifts between lighter and darker tones depending on the light.
The stainless steel case measures 38 mm across and 13 mm thick, with polished lugs and a thin silver-tone bezel framing a domed mineral glass crystal. Applied rose gold-tone batons and Roman numeral hour markers sit against the sunburst brown dial, paired with dauphine-style hour and minute hands and a slim seconds hand, all in rose gold-tone. The dark brown alligator-grain genuine leather strap closes with a buckle and carries tonal stitching along its edges.

Orient traces its roots to 1901, when Shogoro Yoshida opened Yoshida Watch Shop in Ueno, Tokyo. The company began producing wristwatches in 1950 under the name Tama Keiki Co., Ltd., became Orient Watch Co., Ltd. in 1951, and merged into Seiko Epson in 2017. Orient is recognised as a Japanese mechanical watch brand built around in-house movement production.

The Orient Bambino RA-BB0004Y runs the Orient F6724, an in-house automatic caliber visible through the transparent caseback. At 38 mm in diameter the case sits at a proportion suited to a broad range of wrist sizes without requiring a date complication or additional subdials to fill the dial. Mineral glass covers the dial, and the 3 ATM rating limits water exposure to rain and handwashing.
