What should you do if the product is damaged?
Contact Ditur Customer Service and describe the damage.
We will send you a return shipping label.
The shipment is fully insured and the freight is covered by us.
We will repair or replace your watch depending on the extent of the damage.
Whatever the damage to your watch, you don't have to pay anything as long as the damage is covered by our warranty conditions.
Ditur's extended warranty does not cover:
- Replacement of lost parts (crown, stone, strap parts etc.)
- Cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear from normal use on e.g. leather, textiles, batteries, glass
- Water damage to watches with 5 ATM or less
- Grossly negligent and wilful damage
Your obligations:
- Your watch must be used and stored correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- The damage must be reported to Ditur's customer service immediately (within 3 days) in order to minimise the damage as much as possible.

Orient Bambino RA-BB0006N
Orient Bambino RA-BB0006N is a limited-edition automatic watch with a grey dial that alternates Roman numerals and baton indices around its face.
The 38 mm stainless steel case carries a polished bezel and polished lugs, with a grey dial presenting leaf-style hands in a distinct metallic tone against applied indices. Mineral glass covers the dial, and the grey genuine leather strap has an embossed texture.

Orient's Seventy-Five Years of Craft
Orient traces its history to 1950, when Tama Keiki Co., Ltd. began watch manufacturing, with the company formally renamed Orient Watch Co., Ltd. in 1951. Today the brand operates under Seiko Epson and remains focused on in-house planning and manufacturing of Japanese mechanical watches. The RA-BB0006N belongs to the Classic & Simple Style 38 line, limited to 3,300 pieces, each carrying a serial-number engraving on the case back.
In-House Movement, Limited Production
The Orient Bambino RA-BB0006N, reference RA-BB0006N, runs the in-house Orient F6724 automatic caliber visible through the transparent case back. Production is capped at 3,300 individually numbered pieces, making the serial-number engraving on the case back a fixed part of the specification rather than an option. The 38 mm case diameter keeps the watch proportionate on a wide range of wrist sizes without adjustment.
